Veteran’s Administration Military Loans, or VA Military loans are available to any veteran who served a minimum of 90 days during wartime, or 181 days during peacetime. Military veterans loans can be used for a new home purchase or refinance. VA military loans provide low interest rate and low down payment loans for military veterans. Military loans for veterans also have lower credit requirements than conventional loans, sometimes with no down payment!
The Veterans Administration (VA) provides military mortgage loans, and streamline refinance loans for military service veterans. These military loans are easy to qualify for, require little paperwork, have low interest rates and low down payments. New home loans are available for first time buyers if certain conditions are met.
To take advantage of this program you must have served in the military, but if you did, the loan rates and terms available to you for a new home purchase or refinance are some of the lowest rates in years.
